修改页面数据与展示。
内置地址为 /about/。可创建 src/content/pages/about.md 覆盖默认标题和元信息：

}sections 决定模块和顺序。已支持 intro、skills_career、personality_photo、values、interests、stats_profile、story；enabled: false 隐藏模块，未知类型会使构建失败。
data 不含扩展名。复制为其他数据文件时同步修改 data；文件缺失会使构建失败。页面和菜单独立，需自行添加导航。
